Professional  Remote Training

Our dedication to your success starts with professional training.  As soon as our clients receive their machine, we encourage them to call us to arrange a convenient time for online training at no extra cost. This training is included in the machine price and typically takes no longer than one hour.  However, we are always more than happy to spend as much time as you need.

On-Site Training Option

For an extra charge, we are happy to offer on-site training by visiting your location within the UK.  The charge will depend on the distance to travel.  However, we have found that the software is straightforward and so usually, site visits are rarely required.  Rest assured, we're here to support you remotely,but it you would prefer a site visit, we would love to meet you in person.

Quick and Easy Setup

Don't worry; your Milo Machine will be delivered to you fully configured to engrave coffin, casket and gravemarker plates in one go or one at a time.  All you need to know is how to use the software, which is simple because we have already set up your engraving templates for you.  With our guidance, we aim to start you engraving your plates within an hour.
